On the 12th July 2011 the investor received an updated geodetic map for the project?s purposes, prepared by the company Geometra from Cracow. A scenario of proceedings in case of fire and a system of fire controlling have been drawn up, as they are indispensable for the safety. On the 18th July, the Designer transmitted the building design?s annexe to the Investor. On the 20th July, the design was submitted to the Silesian Province Monument Conservator, in order to change some details in the conservatory permit. 

The Karl Schuke Berliner Orgelbauwerkstatt GmbH Company approved the annexe to the contract concerning the pipe organ. The Investor carried out an insight into the market, in order to find some possibilities of storing some parts of the instrument until its installation in the renovated building (September 2012). 

In July 2011, the General Contractor advanced the building works in the new part of the Silesian Philharmonic?s seat. By the end of the month, the walls of the 5th level and the attics were constructed. Works for the water system and the central heating system were started, as well as digging holes for the garages.
