The extension and the revonation of the building are being carried out in agreement with the schedule. In November, several concrete stilts were made by the jet-grouting method and the construction site has been prepared for the earthwork. A meeting concerning the project?s completion was held in the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The causes of the project?s delay were explained (the opening of the construction site was planned originally for May 2010; it has been opened in September due to the verdict of the WSA). The principles of settling the advance payments with the Implementing Authority of the European Programmes were explained as well.
