The works of the General Contractor in the existing building comprised: the roof and the patio, internal plasters, gypsum finish, facing of walls and painting; floors and horizontal insulation; ceilings; finishing works; elevation, elements of internal décor. In the added section of the building the staircase was being executed, as well as internal plasters, gypsum finish, facing of walls and painting, suspended ceilings, door woodwork and lighting installation. In both sections of the building sanitary installations were executed. In the scope of low voltage installations, the fire signaling system, structural cabling; CCTV system; Access Control System, Audio-Video system were executed.

The total value of the basic construction works amounted to PLN 1,449,780.63 net. Furthermore, additional works worth PLN 333,677.93 were invoiced. By the end of October 2013 the material progress of the construction works was ca. 94.18%.
