In the existing building the works in the area of the roof and the patio were continued; floors, horizontal insulation and metalwork was executed. Installation works in the whole facility were continued. On 9, 16, 23 and 30 January technical councils were held on site with the participation of the contractor, the designer, the contract engineer and the investor. The stone, tiles and colours of the walls were accepted in the presence of a representative of The Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments. The general contractor informed on the occurrence of additional works (additional orders). New deadlines and assembly conditions were negotiated with the company of Schuke BerlinerOrgelbauwerkstatt GmbH (5-31 August 2013), as well as the intonation of the organ (30 September – 17 November 2013), in order to manage to complete it before the project completion. 
A partial material and financial programme of the project was filed at the Department of Investments of the Marshal Office – it constitutes the basis for signing a grant award agreement for the project for the year 2013. On 31 January an application for payment was sent to the Implementing Authority for European Programmes, settling the advance payment of 3 October 2012. On the same day the Silesian Philharmonic received a report on the inspection carried out in the period 27 September – 23 November 2012 by the Department of Inspection and Audit of the Marshal Office.
