At the beginning of April hacking off plaster and ceilings? disassembly were finished. It has been decided that piling from Sokolska Street will be done in the building. Thanks to this, there will be no need to occupy the pavement. In the middle of the month, expert evaluation of the existing building was terminated, on the basis of which, the strengthening project will be executed. On April 11, the investor signed the present schedule of works and expenditures, presented by General Contractor of building works. 

At the request of Schuke company from Berlin, the technical conditions necessary for an organ?s assembly have been analyzed and it was settled that the earliest date of the instrument?s delivery will take place at the beginning of June, 2012. Moreover, the visit of Schuke company?s representatives aiming at coming to an arrangement over technical aspects of the project and signing the annex to the agreement has been scheduled for May, 2011. Throughout the whole month, works related to reinforcement of subsoil have been carried out under the building, by jet-grounting method. The works have been finished in more than 90%. A foundation board has been made in the added part and the building of ground floor?s walls has begun. In April, on the grounds of holiday season, 3 meetings took place on the building site.
