By the end of September 2011, the General Contractor finished the construction of the new part of the building. 100 % of the ferroconcrete works were accomplished, without the ceiling above the lift shaft where the crane is located. 

The General Contractor started to insulate the roof. 100% of the central heating?s vertical sections were completed, 85% of the central heating?s horizontal section, as well as 100% of the rain and under-floor sewerage on the ground floor. The ferroconcrete walls and the ceiling of the garage were constructed. 

On the 1st September 2011, the Silesian Province Monument Conservator reported a decision concerning the change of conservatory permit, as a response to our request submitted on the 20th July 2011. On the 2nd September 2011, a request for a change of the building permit was submitted to the Building Engineering Department of the City of Katowice. We are now waiting for a decision. 

All the building work in the existing Silesian Philharmonic?s building have been suspended until we get an additional constructing permit.
