→ GAME MUSIC DISCUSSION PANEL | The Karol Stryja Concert Hall 4 p.m.
Discussion panel with composers, creators, and GameDev professionals, which will be focused on the subject of the growing game music market. The Polish/English translation will be provided.
In the panel will take part:
- Adam Skorupa – one of the best-known and most experienced Polish video game music composers and sound designers. A turning point in Skorupa’s work was the soundtrack for the first part of The Witcher trilogy (2007) developed by CD Projekt Red, which he composed together with Paweł Błaszczak. The title theme, later recurring in the third installment of the series, soon became one of the most recognizable pieces in video game music.
- Bartosz Chajdecki – known by Polish – and abroad – audiences for his film music compositions (‘Gods’, ‘Breaking the Limits’, ‘The Champion’) and game music (‘Space Tail’)
- Ben Parker – Lead Music Producer at Laced (Keywords Studios)
- Tomasz Bonikowski – harpsichordist, organist, composer, and game music expert. A graduate of the Katowice Academy of Music, currently a PhD student at the University of Silesia. He deals with both early keyboard music and completely new music from computer games
- Adam Wesołowski – director of the Silesian Philharmonic, composer, conductor, and culture manager
- Michał ‘Wasiu’ Wasik – host

Piano recital of Łukasz Szubski and Krzysztof Włodarczyk – Dombrova Piano Duo, who will perform – as a hologram – music from video games
