After conclusion on February 27 2012 of a contract for the continuation and completion of construction works related to the project, the General Contractor Mostostal Warszawa S.A. started the preparatory works, including organization of the construction site, rental and installation of the containers and fence, preparation of the surface for crane works, etc. 
On March 21 2012 the first Construction meeting was held. It was attended by the new contractor and the new engineer ? Przedsiębiorstwo Realizacji Inwestycji ?Inwestor? S.C.

Basing on the schedule of the construction works developed by the General Contractor, the Inwestor – H.M. Górecki Silesian Philharmonic – prepared documents necessary to conclude an agreement on co-financing of the project in 2012 and Appendix to the agreement on co-financing within the scope of the ”Infrastructure and Environment” Operational Programme.
