In December 2013 the works of the General Contractor in the existing building comprised: floors and horizontal insulations; roofs; staircases ? finishing works; door woodwork; elevation; décor elements and electrical installations in the scope of electric tests and measurements. In the extended part internal plasters, gypsum finish, wall linings and painting were executed, as well as armchairs in the chamber music hall. In the scope of low voltage installations works pertaining to the smoke protection system of staircases, structural wiring, CCTV system, Access Control System, Audi-Vide System were executed. In the scope of the sanitary installations, the heating, ventilation and chilled water installations were being executed. 
In December 2013 the total value of the basic construction works equaled PLN 338,345.38 net. Furthermore, additional works pertaining to the smoke protection systems were invoiced, amounting to PLN 813,461.43. In mid-December 2013 the material progress of the basic construction works of the General Contractor reached ca. 98.47%. In December also funds allocated to the fitting of the facility were spent in the total value of PLN 344,473.24 net. 
In December 2013 three technical councils were held with the participation of the General Contractor, Contract Engineer, Designer and Investor, on 4, 11 and 18 December. 
On 5 December 2013 bids submitted in tenders on bathroom fittings  and additional stage illumination of the concert halls were opened. The tender on bathroom fittings was annulled. 
On 6 December 2013 bids submitted in the tender on the delivery of elements of the stage equipment and elements of the office space equipment were open. 
On 7 December 2013 the assembly of the organ executed by the team from the company of Karl Schuke Berliner Orgelbauwerkstatt GmbH since 12 November 2013 was accepted. The acceptance procedure was attended by prof. Julian Gembalski, author of the disposition of the organ. 
On 11 December 2013 and 20 December 2013 agreements to the contracts with the general contractor were signed under which the payment for the works executed in October and November 2013 was paid directly to the bank accounts of subcontractors. 
On 14 December 2013 orchestra and office chairs and additional stage illumination were delivered.
