The Financial Department of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN) has checked the Appendix no. 2 to the agreement of financial support, postponing the date of the investment’s realization until June 2012. Appendices to the agreements with the Consulting Engineer and the General Contractor have been signed in order to update the VAT rates. The works related to the building’s bracing have been finished on axes no. 14 and no. 15 – additional works have been carried out on the basis of necessity protocol and as a result of a separate agreement with Mostostal Warsaw SA. On February 25, 2011, the Silesian Province?s Conservator of Monuments accepted the range of works related to the disassembly of wall and ceiling facings in the existing building. The designer and the executor have agreed on the alternate project of strenghtening the ground under the building.
